Orders
Ordering / Quantities:
At Litco.com we have made ordering easy by listing order quantities in drop down menus for all products offered, please note quantities may vary by product line. We also have no minimum dollar amount required.

Please note: A 6.5% sales tax applies to all orders to be shipped within the State of Ohio.
Ordering Process:
Visit individual product pages to see pricing and add items to your cart. When you have finished adding products, follow our simple checkout process and submit your secure online order.
If you would like to add any of the Suggested Accessories to your cart, click on the part name in the cart to be taken to the order page. Once you are done reviewing the “Suggested Product” enter your quantity and click “add to cart”. You can then begin the checkout process.

Shipping
Shipping Policy:
We make every effort to get your shipment on its way within 48 business hours of receipt. When you place an order with us the first step we take is to “authorize” your credit card. This is a check to see that the information provided for the order matches the cardholder and is a protection for you. In most cases the bank will place a temporary hold on the funds. We never collect funds from your bank until we have confirmation that your order has been shipped to you.
Please note: Our order processing hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the next business day.
Saturday Delivery Policy:
UPS shipping / delivery days are considered business days, Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not included (even with the 3-day shipping option). If you need to make special arrangements for Saturday delivery – AT ADDITIONAL COST – you must call Litco at 1-877-504-7954.
Shipping Methods:
All orders placed online will ship via UPS Package Delivery or UPS LTL Freight, based on size and weight of the order. All in-stock parts will ship within 48 hours. In the unlikely event a part is not in-stock, Litco International will contact you regarding a shipping date. For specific items in larger quantities, there may be a longer lead time prior to shipment. If you have questions, please call Litco at 1-877-504-7954 for additional information and an exact shipping date for your order.
For non-U.S. shipments, duties and taxes are not included in the order total.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Shipping Calculator:
Shipping can be estimated once you have items added to your cart. In the bottom left corner on the “view cart” page is the shipping estimator; just enter your postal code and state.
(Please note: The actual shipping charges will appear on your order confirmation once your order has been processed and confirmed).
Returns
Return Procedure:
An authorized RMA number is required for all returns. You must contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain the RMA number. Please have the following information available to help expedite the return process.
You will be asked for the following information:
1) Product being returned
2) PO or invoice number
3) Quantity to be returned
4) Reason for the return
Below are the guidelines for returning product.
Stock parts:
*All parts must be returned within 30 days from ship date.
*Litco will offer credit for parts passing inspection only.
*No credit can be given for freight on original shipment and the customer assumes responsibility for all return freight charges.
*A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns.
*Once inspected by Litco, credit will be processed within 10-14 business days of product being received.
Modified parts:
No returns accepted. Any customized product is non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Payments
Payment Options:
All online orders must be paid prior to shipment using a credit card or PayPal only. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay using your PayPal account. When you place your order and proceed to the shopping cart you will be able to select any of the above methods of payment.
Credit Card Order Needs:
To place a credit card order you will need to enter your name, as it appears on the card, and the billing address where the credit card bill is sent to you. There is a “ship to address” available, if different from the billing address. If billing and shipping are the same, you can select the “Check if Billing and Shipping are the same” to automatically populate the shipping address.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To protect you and your personal account information, the Litco.com website uses 256 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure commerce transactions. The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address information to a merchant service bureau (credit card processing company) in an encrypted code.
Your credit card is processed live by merchant services and Litco does not have access to your credit card number; nor is it stored on our website server.
