These pallets are not intended for use in open beam rack storage. Ratings are based on the load uniformly distributed on the pallet deck. Actual load capacity is application-specific and dependent upon the product, packaging, load containment, and handling environment. Static load capacity is approximately 3 to 4 times dynamic load capacity. The testing of the pallets with the intended application is strongly recommended.

Litco’s “export-grade” molded wood pallets are considered processed wood and are exempt from the IPPC-ISPM 15 export packaging regulations.
Mold And Termite Resistant
The heat-treating process for killing infestation in wood pallets actually draws moisture to the surface. Our pallets, on the other hand, are sanitized at time of manufacture and are guaranteed free of bugs, bark and mold.
Space Saving Nest-able Design
With a space saving ratio of 2.5 to 1, you can store 1,200 molded pallets compared to 480 conventional pallets in an area of 320 square feet.
Automatic Pallet Dispensing
Fifty nested, molded wood pallets can be dispensed in most automatic pallet dispensers. This equates to 2.5 times as many pallets when compared to stringer and block-style pallets.

RECOVERY
This is the process of retrieving and sorting used molded wood pallets and core plugs in “like-new condition” ultimately for resale and reuse. Recovery is an environmentally sustainable practice that helps conserve resources and minimize the environmental impact of pallet disposal. Litco’s availability of this service and the value placed on the products, if any, will vary depending on the location, product, size, condition and amount of desirable product.
RECYCLING
To prevent landfilling damaged pallets and core plugs, have a local pallet recycler collect them with your other wood waste. This material can be repurposed into products like mulch, absorbents, animal bedding, compost, and boiler fuel. Litco’s Inca wood fiber is clean, low moisture, and free of metal fasteners. It is a material of choice at a weight per load in the range of 19 tons and a 6,926 BTU/ton value.
